A leading Consumer Goods company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group FP&A Manager - Budgeting & Planning to join our dynamic team.

As a Group FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to drive strategic decision-making and ensure efficient budget management across the organization.

This is a key leadership role, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to senior management.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decisionmaking
  • Conduct indepth financial analysis and modeling to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning tools, processes, and controls
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics to senior management
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in FP&A roles within the Consumer Goods industry
  • Manufacturing Experience in a
    MUST:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and planning processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a highperforming team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
