This is a temporary full-time role at the festival.

About the Job:

As an Assistant to the Artistic Director, you will be the go-to person for a variety of tasks to support the director and the team. Your responsibilities will include communication management, scheduling, expense handling, and overseeing special projects. We need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in anticipating and fulfilling needs while collaborating effectively across all levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, handle inquiries, and maintain professional communication for the Artistic Director.
  • Arrange meetings and travel plans for the Director.
  • Create written materials, presentations, and correspondence ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and oversee follow-up actions.
  • Organize and provide necessary materials to the Artistic Team.
  • Manage the Director's budget and track expenses.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Office Liaison.
  • Lead special projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • We welcome fresh graduates to apply.
  • Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
