Account Management Administrator Hybrid

We seek an Account Management Administrator who will be responsible for working closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to help support our client engagement and account management activities. The right candidate is an independent thinker, adept at building strong relationships internally and gaining credibility as a trusted resource. You are thoughtful and engaged in getting to know and understand the Account Manager and Account Executive role, as well as the clients we support. This is the perfect position for a candidate who is interested in pursuing a career in Business Development and Account Management. You will get to learn our corporate business inside and out from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Identify challenges/roadblocks facing Account Executives/Sales Executives and implement creative solutions to remove those challenges/roadblocks
- Address invoicing and purchase order questions and work with accounting to make corrections/adjustments as needed; Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Process renewals
- Help Improve price increase effectiveness, renewal process and reduce billing errors
- Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information
- Expand the Database of contacts and route qualified opportunities to the Account management team
- Establish, develop, and maintain excellent client relationships with client prospects through constant communication.
- Receive and process Purchase orders
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Update Internal Operations on resourcing needs for upcoming engagements
- Assist with client proposal preparation
- Make daily national/international phone calls and email prospects
- Maintain and update client engagement records
- Assist with content for executive presentations and board reporting
- Coordinate and schedule various Account management meetings
- Liaise with the other departments to get the status of projects and deliverables
- Review and update customer contact records
- Compile monthly Account management reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Perform other administrative tasks, as required, to support account management activities
- Stay up to date with new products and features
Requirements and skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload in a busy environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and responsiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
