Develop and enhance guidelines and processes / work flows related to the assigned OD activities.
  • Participate in setting budget for assigned activities.
  • Monitor assigned activities' related expenses versus allocated budget with the aim of optimizing cost.
  • Maintain Job Grading exercise by grading new positions and validating relativity within the organization.
  • Maintain updated organization charts on a quarterly basis and posting updates on the intranet.
  • Develop an organization wide career map with different career paths per function based on the job grading results.
  • Conduct job analysis for newly created positions that might occur during re structures or HC re allocations.
  • Design and implement rotation program.
  • Work closely with Department Executives, Management and HR Business Partners to develop a Talent Management program.
  • Work closely with relevant corporate HR teams in designing tailored programs relevant to each category of employees in Talent Management program.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and department management to highlight critical position and design a succession plan program aimed at sustaining business operations.
  • Work closely with culture & communication team in designing relevant communication campaigns related to assigned initiatives.
  • Manage relationship with OD consultants ensuring contracts' validity, timely renewal, and negotiate new agreements' functional terms and conditions, as needed.

Education
  • Bachelors degree from a recognized university; preferably in business administration.
  • Post graduate studies in HR are an asset Experience Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR; with focus on programs related to organizational development.
  • Exposure to project management discipline / scope is an asset Skills and abilities Fluent English both spoken and written.
  • Very good computer skills especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Articulate communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow up ability.
  • Detail oriented and results focused.
