Descriptif du poste
Il mettra en uvre et supervise la gestion administrative et financi re d une entreprise. Il veillera galement l quilibre financier et l am lioration des performances conomiques de la soci t .

Missions principales
Droit des Affaires et Fiscalit : L laboration des strat gies ; le pilotage des dossiers juridiques ; l application des lois li es l activit de l entreprise ;l analyse de sa situation financi re et fiscale, la validation des contrats.
Comptabilit , contr le de gestion et Reporting : La supervision de l ensemble des proc dures budg taires des services de l entreprise ; l tablissement des pr visions budg taires.
Tr sorerie, cr dit, recouvrement et relations bancaires : La n gociation avec les banques.
Gestion administrative : La gestion des relations avec les partenaires ext rieurs et conomiques ; la pr sentation des comptes-rendus aux actionnaires ;la formulation de conseils la direction g n rale.
Management d quipes : La coordination des diff rents services.

Comp tences requises
Vous poss dez des connaissances pointues en finances, droit fiscal et des soci t s, fiscalit , contr le de gestion.
Vous avez une parfaite ma trise du Fran ais et de l Anglais (parl et crit), l Allemand et le Luxembourgeois seront consid r s comme un atout.
Vous ma trisez les outils informatiques de comptabilit et de gestion.
Vos capacit s d analyse, d organisation et de synth se ne sont plus prouver.
Vous anticipez les volutions et changements et poss dez une aisance relationnelle et un leadership.

Formation
Vous disposez d un dipl me Sup rieur de Comptabilit et de Gestion et d une exp rience de 10 ans dans une Fiduciaire ou Cabinet Comptable. OU
Vous disposez d un Master sp cialis en Comptabilit Contr le Audit (CCA) ou finance et justifiez d une exp rience professionnelle de 10 ans dans une Fiduciaire ou Cabinet Comptable
