Responsibilities


Prepare/or present monthly, quarterly and other adhoc analytics for Accounting and Finance leadership.Participate in and support various projects and continuous improvement efforts across the Accounting organization.Support the lines of business with Retail Loans and Deposits, Merchant Services and other unique Retail activities.Manage relationships with finance and key business partners, associates throughout the controllerâs group, and tax and external and internal auditors.Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.Analyze financial data to support decision-making.Receive, process, and reconcile statements.Assist with preparation for annual audits.Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.


Qualifications


Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting and financial management preferably in the retail industry.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent English communication skills.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Knowledge of accounting systems is an asset.
