- Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
- Reply to open chats on social media.
- Level of education: Graduates.
- Graduates ONLY.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts.
- Good English skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role.
- Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus.
- Team player.
