We are seeking a Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving innovative sponsorship strategies and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the marketing field and demonstrate strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sponsorship strategies that align with the companyâs objectives and market trends.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and initiatives.
Identify and negotiate sponsorship and partnership opportunities to drive brand visibility and growth.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend new growth opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on campaign results, sponsorship deals, and market insights to stakeholders.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship management, or related roles.
Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in project management and event coordination.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sponsorships and close deals strategically.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
