Overview

Yama Engineering Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing engineer  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in B2B marketing within the engineering industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape within the engineering industry.Develop compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with engineering professionals and decision-makers.Create and maintain marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.

Content Marketing

Develop and manage content marketing initiatives across various channels, including:Print media (brochures, catalogs, whitepapers, case studies)Digital media (website content, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing)Events (conferences, webinars, trade shows)Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic among engineering professionals.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, informative content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of engineering firms.

Lead Generation and Sales Support

Develop targeted lead generation strategies and tactics, such as:Public relations (media outreach, press releases)Networking (industry events, associations)Partnerships (strategic alliances with complementary businesses)Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support the sales process.Create sales enablement materials, such as presentations and product demos, tailored to the engineering industry.Track and measure lead conversion rates and sales performance.

Performance Measurement and Analysis

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing success, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for executive management.

Team Management

Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are motivated and engaged.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
