Un Sous Chef è responsabile della gestione di tutti gli aspetti della cucina, per offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti gestendo le provviste di cibo, fornendo assistenza per le domande degli ospiti e controllando i costi.
Che cosa farò?
In qualità di Sous Chef, sarà responsabile della gestione di tutti gli aspetti della cucina, per offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti. In qualità di Sous Chef, avrà anche la responsabilità di gestire le provviste, fornire assistenza per le domande degli ospiti e controllare i costi. Nello specifico, avrà la responsabilità di eseguire le seguenti mansioni, sempre mantenendo standard ottimali:
- Gestire tutti gli aspetti della cucina, incluse le funzioni operative, amministrative e relative alla qualitÃ
- Gestire le provviste di cibo nei punti vendita di cibo e bevande e, ove necessario, agire per assicurare la conformità con le normative vigenti
- Contribuire a rispondere positivamente alle domande degli ospiti in modo tempestivo ed efficace
- Garantire che le materie prime siano di buona qualità e conservate correttamente
- Controllare i costi, migliorare i margini di profitto lordo e raggiungere altri obiettivi finanziari e di reparto
- Fornire assistenza ad altri reparti, se necessario, e mantenere buone relazioni di lavoro
- Rispettare le norme di sicurezza dell'hotel, le norme antincendio e tutte le normative relative a salute, sicurezza sul lavoro e sicurezza alimentare
- Segnalare i rischi e i problemi di igiene e manutenzione
- Rispettare l'ambiente

- Precedenti esperienze in cucina in un ruolo simile
- Passione per la gastronomia
- Conoscenza delle tendenze gastronomiche attuali
