Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with various office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Gender: Female
  • Language: Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar administrative role
  • Background: Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
