Company Description Unipro for Contracting & Trading Co. specializes in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. With a focus on quality and technical excellence, Unipro supports clients through the full project lifecycle. Team members collaborate closely with engineering and operations staff to provide practical, cost-effective MEP solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Alexandria. The Technical Sales Engineer will identify and engage prospective clients, present MEP solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements. Daily activities include conducting site visits, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and providing pre
- and post-sales technical support. The role involves managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts within company guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The Technical Sales Engineer will also track market trends, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and service offerings. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills for identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical requirements, configure solutions, and assist clients throughout project delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, writing proposals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred; relevant technical diploma with strong experience may be considered.
- Experience in MEP contracting, construction, or building services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools for managing leads, opportunities, and client records.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, customer focus, and ability to work on-site and in the field as required.
