Job Description
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and operations. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will work closely with HR team members and other departments to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experiences. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing HR data and maintaining accurate records. • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and managing orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in HRIS.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
