Headquartered in Dubai with an office in Cairo, we are building tools for the Middle East and international markets. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt. You will take ownership of recruitment for our growing team in Egypt, with a particular focus on software engineering, product, design and creative roles. This is a hands-on position requiring proactive headhunting, direct candidate outreach and close collaboration with leadership. You will manage recruitment from defining hiring requirements and sourcing candidates through screening, interview coordination, offer discussions and onboarding. You will also maintain recruitment records, report hiring progress and support day-to-day HR administration. Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define requirements and write clear

• Proactively identify and approach candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional communities, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit software engineers, product managers, designers, creative professionals and business specialists.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess relevant experience, motivation, communication, compensation expectations and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Manage offer discussions within approved budgets and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline and report sourcing results, hiring progress and blockers.
• Support employer branding, employee documentation and HR administration.
• Handle candidate and employee information confidentially. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Hands-on experience recruiting software engineers, product professionals or other technical roles.
• Proven ability to headhunt candidates who are not actively applying.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to distinguish between frontend, backend, full-stack, QA and product responsibilities.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, organization and follow-up skills.
• Professional written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Understanding of HR administration, onboarding and employment practices in Egypt.
• Availability to work full-time from our Cairo office.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in startups, technology, AI, media or creative businesses is an advantage.
