Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and attract potential clients.
• Understand clients' technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical, and project teams.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on contracts.
• Identify market trends and support business growth. Job
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction projects and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Good command of English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
