Key responsibilities
Driver and carrier supply
• Bring your existing network of truck drivers, owner-operators and small fleet owners onto the Naqliat platform.
• Continuously recruit new drivers across key lanes and truck types: trailers, flatbeds, reefers, dyna/light trucks and specialised equipment.
• Build loyalty so drivers pick Naqliat loads first: regular work, fair rates, fast payment and respectful treatment.
• Keep driver and truck records accurate and verified (licences, truck documents, availability, home base, preferred routes). Qualifications
• A strong, active network of truck drivers and fleet owners in Egypt. This matters most. Tell us in your application roughly how many drivers you can reach directly, which truck types they run, and on which routes.
• At least 2 years in truck dispatch, fleet operations, freight brokerage or transport coordination in Egypt.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian freight lanes, market trip rates and how drivers are paid.
• Able to negotiate firmly but fairly and keep drivers' trust.
• Calm under pressure; able to fill urgent loads and solve problems by phone at any hour of the working day.
• Highly organised; able to manage many orders at once without losing track.
• Fluent in Arabic. Basic English is a plus.
• Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and learning new apps.
