Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
* Coordinate local and international procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment requirements to avoid shortages or excess stock.
* Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow up on import and export shipments, shipping documents, and customs clearance procedures.
* Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
* Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation using ERP systems.
* Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with quality standards.
* Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure operational alignment.
* Prepare periodic reports on purchasing inventory logistics costs and supply chain performance.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations.
* Strong understanding of purchasing inventory management and logistics processes.
* Experience handling local and international suppliers and shipment documentation.
* Excellent English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
* Good knowledge of ERP systems preferably Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical negotiation communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work effectively across departments.
