**Description**

**Job Purpose**
- Lead the Program management across the organization for optimum operations execution & superior performance outcome by playing an active role in execution of the corporate strategy through the different CEO forum which sets the organization priorities & focus, also by sizing opportunities /threats, with high-level preparation of business cases & plans to aid top management in the decision making process -Manage the execution of Project management Plans and Procedures to ensure company resilience through daily assign tasks. Responsible for communicating any raised PM issues for Top management to take the necessary action, and meeting the required standards & trends. -This position interacts with senior and executive management, board members, as well as staff at various levels across the company, facilitating the flow of information. -Ensuring the proper handling for all the CEOs “Programs, Business, and Operations management”; in a mean to achieve the company’s strategic focus and KPIs and enhance the overall company performance.

Managing the CEO Operational End-2-End execution & accomplishment, Control the CEO’s meetings lifecycle by the optimum quality till the optimum delivery -Full Accountability for the performance of the CEO Operational forums -Managing an analysis approach for the CEO operations workflow matching the company strategy by rising red flags to the CEO & top management about the operations KPI’s. -Lead the Operations Performance Management across the organization by the proper corporate communication for all the CEO & top management assignments/tasks/actions etc -Managing & Achieving the required results through the work of others based on the influence and mastering negotiation skills with other parts of the company. - Develop methodologies for resolving complex problems - Develop plans & deliver results in fast changing businesses and or industry environment through a cross functional committee -Direct & Focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows. - Key contributor to the inputs of the departmental strategy - Coordinate & facilitate the operations process between all departments to meet the Corporate Strategy objectives. - Coaching continuous improvement methodologies, activities and tools to Improvement teams -Provides proactive role model to SR managers/managers, SR supervisor/professionals across the different parts of the company - Developing & preparing the performance evaluation decision -Elevate the effectiveness the forums by providing pre-reads delivery by enough time before the forum start time - Standardize the CEO pre-read presentations according to the CEO and top management standards. - Maintain and manage a solid governance for the CEO operation directions - Develop dashboard for the departmental plans including business and organizational priorities Managing the formulated Programs forum & achievements, Regulator the programs development by the top quality till the required delivery A- Revenue generating B- Cost optimization -Formulate the program committee by selecting the correct members with the capabilities to serve the program outcomes -Develop program committee plans & guidelines including business and organizational priorities focusing on achieving the company strategic KPI’s. -Managing program committee operations within the firm. Responsible for interfacing with senior management. -Setting the program Scoop, KPI targets, meetings, reporting outcome, and own the projects initiated by the committee -Prepare the required reporting machines to report on the program out comes and the KPI result to the CEO and impacted departments. -Provide the Top management with status report about the formulated progress along with all the program team members depending on the situation matrix update -Measure the effectiveness of the program achievement by preparing the impact on the strategic -Firm assessment for the programs outcomes with practical alternative to redirect the programs to correction plan. -Prepare the pre-aligned concepts presentations with measured impact and solid ROI. -Efficient Planning and Scheduling for the program -Design & Build the program process/guidelines, & procedures matching the company corporate strategy -Independently reviewing & assessing the best program & ensure the smoothly embedding of it into the day 2 day operations workflows -Managing as focal point for gathering all the departments updates & incident’s on the spot -Ensure that the program management team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news Leading & Executing MEGA & Strategic corporate projects with financial aspects (Cross departmental projects assign by top management ) -Achieve results through the wo
