**Job functions of a **Process Excellence Specialist** in **Egypt**:

- Ensure availability of clients' corporate documents and maintain the files in the most effective accessible format (shared folder &/or hard copy)
- Check and ensure availability and accuracy of documents such as contracts and send timely alerts in case of absence of the same
- Acknowledge and confirm invoices delivery to clients and make sure invoices are reviewed within specific timelines as per the company's policies to ensure reasonable receivables settlements within agreed credit terms.
- Deep Dive into new and existing processes and analyze areas of improvement with stakeholders.
- Adhere to deadlines with expert project management and multitasking abilities.
- Write crisp, engaging content through different platforms to update employees with the needed Policy and process knowledge.
- Prepare compelling pre-scripted content for Different departments.
- Optimize content with new strategies based on Current market trends.

**Requirements for **Process Excellence Specialist** jobs in **Egypt**
- Bachelor degree of commerce
- problem-solving skills,
- 2-4 Y- in logistics services, freight forward, transportation
- An excellent communicator and team player,
- Excellent command of nglish, both written and spoken,
- Capability of using Business Intelligence Tools Leadership skills,
- Hands-on experience in reporting and strategy development,
- Good understanding of agile methodologies,
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mind,
- Excellent office tool management skills.
