JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined individual to join our Software Technical consultants team. This entry-level position is well-suited for recent graduates or those with some Banking IT experience who are looking to further their career and are eager to expand their technical and personal skillset. This role requires working in a varied environment with constantly evolving technologies, customer base, and problems.

As a Software Technical consultant, you will work in a dynamic software engineering environment, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting various SW solutions.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional collaboration within the organization
- Understanding and driving customer-focused requirements to provide a satisfactory solution
- Training end-users on software functionality.
- Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting.\

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation or a Banking technology consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate clear and concise verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and a consultative approach with existing and prospective customers
- High energy, self-starter that pays attention to deadlines and takes ownership of assignments and client issues
- Possess great people and communications skill
