**Skills and Experience**:

- or
- 8+ years of technology-related consulting experience in Asset Management solutions.
- Expert level understanding and experience working with Hexagon EAM technical elements (Flex SQL, Alert Management, Extensibility Framework, Integrations, etc.).
- Understanding of Asset, Work, Materials and Procurement modules in Hexagon EAM.
- Is familiar with the industry best practices and technical configuration within Hexagon EAM Solution.
- Has knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, evaluation, design and configuration for implementation.
- Experience translating functional requirements to technical solutions and requirements.
- Experience developing and deploying through multiple environments with EAM (ex. Dev to Test to Prod) and managing environmental refreshes.
- Experience designing, documenting, and configuring integrations (EAM Rest Web Services/SOAP xml Web Services, Databridge and/or Infor ION)
- Have technical experience with the following EAM elements, both desktop and mobile;
- Data Migration
- Integrations - Webservices (Soap/Rest APIs), Infor ION, Databridge, etc.
- User Defined Screens/User Defined Grids
- Extensibility Framework
- Flex Business Rules
- Alert Management
- Advanced Report Author (Cognos)
- Inboxes/KPIs
- Python Studio
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and comfortable interacting with clients from the shop floor to the executive suite.
- Experience leading technical design sessions and defining future To-Be technical solutions based on business objectives and To-Be business design.
- Experience Designing, Writing and Documenting custom reports (Cognos Advanced Reports).
- Experience with defining data sets, data setup, and data migration to and from EAM.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Visio
- Experienced in waterfall and agile implementation methodologies and software (ex. Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Technical certification in Hexagon EAM.
- Experience with cyber security and data protection protocols.

**Education**:

- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering or related field, advanced education degree a plus (equivalent experience will be considered).

**What you will be doing**:

- Documenting technical requirements based on functional business flows and architectural blueprints.
- Developing and documenting integrations based on business processes and architectural blueprints.
- Leading client technical review and requirements sessions.
- Mapping technical flows and documenting technical as-builts for implementations.
- Analyzing client environments - hardware, network, and/or software - for EAM project compatibility.
- Writing test cases for unit testing and Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
- Executing test cases for unit and SIT and documenting results.
- Performing troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Documenting and training clients and internal team members on technical functionality.
- Deploying technical configurations and integrations as defined in deployment plans through multiple environments.
- Gathering requirements, designing, writing, and documenting custom reports.
- Keeping up to date on the latest technical enhancements for EAM and using these enhancements to implement advancements.
- Working within a team to assist and aid team members and performing peer reviews for other team members’ configurations.
