**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and execute the **month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing** processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintain and reconcile the **general ledger accounts**, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP standards.
Prepare and review **journal entries**, accruals, and adjustments to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Ensure **intercompany reconciliations** and group reporting compliance, resolving any discrepancies.
Support the **external and internal audit** processes by preparing required reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in preparing **financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements**, and management reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including **AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax**, to ensure alignment in financial reporting.
Support **automation and process improvement initiatives** to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with **corporate policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or DipIFR is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting, R2R, or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
