- We are seeking an experienced Country Delivery Centre Director to join our growing organisation. Your primary role will be building our delivery centre in Cairo, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions in Europe and MEA, and executing the company's ambitious growth plans.- Managing development teams and supporting Capability leads, making sure the projects are executed on time and with high quality and setting up the organization for growth will be among your day-to-day tasks. The Country Delivery Centre Director is expected to take on the role of representing Nortal locally, helping to build a strong presence for Nortal as a top employer for tech talent.**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the delivery centre, including identifying suitable locations, establishing and building relationships with local partners and suppliers, and managing financial performance
- Establish and maintain a strong presence for our company in Egypt, including building relationships with key stakeholders in the tech industry, representing the company at events and conferences, and contributing to local marketing, employer branding, and attracting the talents
- Leading a collaborative and dynamic Delivery Centre, creating a centre of excellence with great technical talent
- Create strong local leadership structure, and support across Capability organisations in Engineering, Lifecycle Services and Project & Delivery Management, empowering them to achieve full potential in their respective fields
- Establish working Talent Management function, being proactive in providing and allocating local talents to other Nortal regions
- Work closely with the sales and business development and talent management teams to identify new opportunities for the delivery centre
- Partner with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery across geographies and teams.
- Building long-term capability of the team through nurturing self-organization, increasing transparency and trust.
- Leading the organization through fast ramp-up and if needed, fast ramp-down.
- Ensure that Nortal's day-to-day operative, administrative and compliance tasks (i.e., labour law, taxation, etc.) and processes are executed timely and in correct manner.
- Working closely with stakeholders at Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, IT, and Talent Management
- Seamlessly orchestrating various local supporting functions (Legal, P&C, Finance, etc.)

**About you**:

- 10+ years of experience in a senior management role in Egypt, in the software or technology industry, with a track record of building and managing successful cross-border teams in Delivery Centres
- Access to strong local network, to promote employer branding and attract talent
- An entrepreneurial and commercially focused senior leader with the minimum commitment of 2 years
- Passion and vision about how high-quality software is made and how to make it even better.
- Experience with SWD projects and accounts EUR 2 - 5 M USD+.
- Financial literacy and proven track record of successfully executed projects on time and within budget.
- Local corporate taxation, and labour law literacy
- Strong people skills - ability to work with various stakeholders in-house and externally.
- Hands-on approach, attention to detail as well as understanding of the big picture.
- Strategical as well as tactical thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Mobility and willingness to travel.
- Strong local network for talent branding.
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic
