The Junior Accountant supports the finance department with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, proper documentation, and timely reporting. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, revenues) into the accounting system.
- Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly closing reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
- Maintain organised and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support with tax filings, VAT reports, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in payroll data preparation (if required).
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial queries.
- Support senior accountants in audits and internal controls.
- Perform any additional finance-related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good command of Excel and accounting software ( **Microsoft Dynamics ERP** ).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
