SYSTRA Egypt is currently involved the most exciting projects in the region, among which the Electrical Express Train and we are looking to expand our Signature Team in the Egypt, working on high profile infrastructure projects and we are growing our team and looking for passionate people to deliver projects across our portfolio.

**Position Summary**:
This individual is tasked to follow up and supervise on site the Contractor’s OCS piles and OCS structures construction activities, verify the quality of the installation in compliance with the design documentation, specifications and inspection and test plans, to report on quality issues encountered, to report on site progress in order to assure that the contractor’s activities are in compliance with its approved plans and processes as well as with the contract requirements.

**Technical/Functional Responsibilities**:

- Attend OCS piles and OCS structures installation site inspections and provide competent inspection status.
- Monitor OCS installation compliance against inspection and test plans, quality system procedures, and method statements.
- Review OCS piles and OCS structures installation documentation including method statements and inspection and test plan, and participate in the review of OCS piles and OCS structures installation design documentation.
- Monitor OCS installation progress against approved schedules.
- Review Contractor Daily Reports for accuracy and completes Daily Observation Reports reflecting observations, discussions and/or significant events.
- Monitor contractor adherence to its safety plans
- Intervene to prevent any potential hazardous safety, environmental or quality event
- Provide reporting to line management of any deficiencies in contractor compliance with approved plans and procedures, issues related to implementation of the work and other pertinent matters.

**Qualifications Profile**:

- Experience on piling and poles installation on relevant projects for position, preferably on large projects transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Accredited college degree in related activities (engineering or construction management) or equivalent related experience.
- English fluency in reading, writing and speech.
- Prior experience on multi-phase projects and in the Middle East is preferred.
- Certifications of continued relevant training and education related to construction quality, rail or transportation industry is preferred.
