**Responsibilities**:

- **Expense Report Management**:

- Process and review all expense reports submitted through Concur.
- Provide guidance and support to employees in accurately completing and submitting expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all expense reports.
- Prepare payments and deductions related to employee expenses.
- **Policy Enforcement**:

- Regularly review and update company expense policies to align with current regulations and best practices.
- **Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to business departments and controllers, meeting or exceeding agreed service level agreements.
- **Accounting and Compliance**:

- Contribute to the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions in relevant systems, adhering to Group policies and procedures.
- Support compliance and internal control efforts related to accounting, taxation, and reporting.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Follow instructions and guidance provided by the Team Leader.

**Required Skills**:

- Very good command of turkish language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
