**This position reports to**:
Advanced Process Engineering Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
You will be mainly accountable for: -Defining the work phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. -Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements. -Ensuring the production process complies with the project targets. Approves the design for processes developed internally or externally and performs final tests with respect to the project. -Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources. -Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Keys To exceed in this role:

- 5 years as a Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineer, with
- shop floor background
- Background in Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Supervision desired
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
- Knowledge and exposure to SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP system
- Statistical Process Control/Six Sigma
- Resolution of product and process problems using systematic approach
- Resolving capacity constraints with mínimal or no expenditures
- Root cause analysis and fast reaction management to changes in processes that impact production schedules and product quality.
- Projects must be planned at least one year in advance for inclusion into functional and product group budgets.
- Work routines and tasks should be planned at least 1 to 3 months in advance
- New manufacturing technologies and approaches to manufacturing must be used to assure world class productivity, quality and efficiency as well as cost competitiveness
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management
- Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experienced use of Microsoft Applications
- Parametric (3D) CAD Knowledge / exposure
- CAM Knowledge / exposure
