Overview:
Develop high-end motion graphics and animations to support AMESA Social media, Digital and OOH content for external digital channels like Tik-Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

Developing, editing, and creating video/animated content that will be adapted from assets received from AMESA Marketing team

Sketch/develop basic storyboards from master ad/video for various cudowns Design Social Media and Digital Master Visuals

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-end motion graphics and animations to support AMESA Marketing Team
- Review main edits, create,edit and animate the cutdowns to deliver the comms objective.
- Be able to add graphics, digitally improve picture quality, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of cutdowns
- Create rough and final cuts as per different digital and social media specs
- Creating video shorts, mashups, digital snippets, as well as long-form videos from assets received from brand teams
- Adaptions from the Key Visual and content into different durations/specs for multiple social media platforms
- Adaptation from master video into multiple 6/10/15/30 bumpers and cutdowns for multiple social media platforms.
- Videos Geared Toward Social Media, in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
- Able to create Storyboard, visual elements, graphics, images, iconography etc. required for Video creation
- Work collaboratively with Brand teams and internal teams to leverage and share best practices and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the Team
- Work from concept to completion on a multitude of projects simultaneously, managing your own time, and delivering pixel perfect files.
- Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in developing and executing video creative
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and design skills are a big plus
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative executions; expert in video production pipeline; able to own the video creative process from concept to final delivery
- Understanding of UA as well as consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
- Adaptions from the Key Visual into multiple 6/10/15/30 Second Trailers.
- Videos Geared Toward Social Media, in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
- Conceptualize and design innovative AI video templates using new platforms.
- Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Understanding of printing production process and how to set up design files accordingly.
- Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods / Food industry an asset
- Executive maturity - partnering and interacting leaders at all levels of the organization
- Able to influence without direct authority - provide counsel that may conflict with a POV
- Project Management - Able to manage an extremely heavy workload with challenging and often conflicting
