Design and Editing Analyst

Overview:
Developing, editing, and creating video/animated content that will be adapted from assets received from AMESA Marketing team

Design Social Media and Digital Master Visuals.

Develop Static and Animated creatives from assets recieved from AMESA Marketing team, to be published on multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, GDN, etc.

Develop KVs and Master Banner designs for e-commerce platforms from assets received from AMESA Marketing Team

Design Web pages from assets received from AMESA Marketing Teams

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, editing, and creating video/animated content that will be adapted from assets received from the brand teams
- Review main edits, create,edit and animate the cutdowns to deliver the comms objective.
- Be able to add graphics, digitally improve picture quality, and ensure videos meet brand guidelines. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the cutdowns
- Create rough and final cuts as per different digital and social media specs
- Creating video shorts, mashups, digital snippets, as well as long-form videos from assets received from brand teams
- Develop Static Creatives from assets recieved for AMESA Marketing team, to be published on multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, GDN, etc.
- Develop KVs and Master Banner designs for e-commerce platforms from assets received from AMESA Marketing Team
- Design Web pages from assets received from AMESA Marketing Teams
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to team members and provide directions for further adaptations
- Present completed ideas to the AMESA Marketing Teams
- Work collaboratively with Brand teams and internal teams to leverage and share best practices and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the Team
- Work from concept to completion on a multitude of projects simultaneously, managing your own time, and delivering pixel perfect files.
- Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer animation, fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in developing and executing Editing, Animation and Creative Design
- Proficiency with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Storyboarding experience is a plus
- Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative executions and video adaptation, able to own the design process from concept to final delivery
- Understanding of UA as well as consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok etc.)
- Conceptualize and design innovative AI templates using new platforms.
- Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Understanding of printing production process and how to set up design files accordingly.
- Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods / Food industry an asset
- Executive maturity - partnering and interacting leaders at all levels of the organization
- Able to influence without direct authority - provide counsel that may conflict with a POV
- Project Management - Able to manage an extremely heavy workload with challenging and often conflicting
