**About the job**:
Social Media Specialist is a skilled professional responsible for developing and executing social media strategies. They create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, they drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective social media strategies for clients across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with clients' brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, track trends, and identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, including content scheduling, ad management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, and incorporate best practices into client strategies.
- Conduct social media audits and provide strategic recommendations for improving clients' online presence.
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and ability to tailor content accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise copy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
