**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** in **Cairo, Egypt** with Signify.
- You´ll be focused on providing and managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners and responsible for driving best practices within the recruiting space.
- Talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing and negotiation
- You are responsible for organizing Talent recruitment events within your specific region
- Internal Stakeholder Management and advisory on Talent Acquisition Process and Procedures

- _ Bachelor’s degree valuable but not required or 3-5 years of experience_
- _ Alternatively, business or HR experience within a relevant industry with a strong affinity with recruitment processes_
- _ Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow consulting skills._
- _ Significant experience in fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires juggling multiple priorities_
- _ Current knowledge of HRIS systems such as Linkedin Recruiter, Workday, Paradox or other similar systems_
- _ Fluent in English required and Arabic or local European Languages is highly valued_
