**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand the organization's technical talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top technical talent through various channels.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to attract top technical talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitive compensation packages and industry benchmarks for technical roles. Make recommendations to attract and retain talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring that recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and results, presenting findings to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in talent acquisition practices to enhance the organization's competitiveness in attracting technical talent.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, focusing on technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
