**About the role**

The Flat6Labs Project Coordinator will act as a key link between the project management team, program leads, and stakeholders. They will oversee and coordinate the implementation of projects, ensuring they meet their objectives within scope, budget, and timelines. Additionally, they will support the maintenance of quality standards, legal compliance, and effective contract management. A role for someone passionate about project management within an entrepreneurial ecosystem and able to understand different dynamics and cultures within the region.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison and spokesperson with Flat6Lab's internal & external stakeholders to understand and address their needs for project implementation.

Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
- Collaborate with project managers in the development of project documentation, including scope statements and schedules.
- Assist with the development of project documentation including scope statements, and schedules, along with monitoring the budget throughout a project.
- Develop, recommend, and utilize customized, efficient project management tools to enhance support for Flat6Labs programs.

Metricizing KPIs (Measuring KPIs Quantitatively)
- Collaborate with program leads to define clear budgets aligned with project KPIs.
- Assist in conducting regular reviews of project finances in coordination with project leads to verify budget compliance, and additionally, extract reports to monitor KPIs and project status

Resource Allocation & Management
- Assist in the allocation of resources to projects based on skill sets and availability.

Onboarding
- Support the onboarding of project leads and internal stakeholders, ensuring all members are engaged in the project and understand their responsibilities.
- Assist in preparing materials for training, coaching, and mentoring projects.

Technical Know-How
- Serve as the main contact person and reference point for project management practices and principles.

Quality Management & Legal Compliance
- Assist in the establishment of project standards and processes.
- Ensure that the projects’ operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

Contract Management
- Review contracts, track requirements, align KPIs with business capacity and uphold compliance dates and conditions to ensure timely implementation.

Reporting
- Support in reporting project progress to Flat6Labs Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) required;
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, with previous experience in a coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and support teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
