- Within the framework of your missions, you are in charge of:

- Ensure that tax returns paid on timely basis to prevent the penalties.
- Ensure that the communication in and out with ETA is properly registered.
- Tax archiving is properly maintained.
- Assist in Manage innovative tax planning programs
- Assist in monitor and manage the Foreign WHT, WHT on dividends advance ruling.
- Assist in the tax inspection as the below:

- Assist in research, analyze, and interpret changes in tax legislations.
- Assist in review and perform the withholding tax forums in light of the local withholding tax and foreign withholding tax.
- Assist in review and prepare salary tax reconciliations.
- Assist in prepare and submit all kinds of the tax returns.
- Attend all kinds of tax inspections and committees
- Assist income statements and financial analysis from the tax point of view. Attending the tax inspection, studying tax inspector’s report and prepare defense memorandum.
- Assist in preparing all analysis (G&A, COGS, Sales.Etc ) from the tax point of view.
- Participate and extract all analysis from SAP system.
- Meeting with Tax authority at many levels
- Suggest innovating solutions for process improvement using best practices
- Assist in preparation of international tax relevant matters (TP-Tax Treaty
- BEPS-MTI)
- Assist in tax provision and tax compliance process
- Ensure good communication with other departments
- Maximize the bottom line saving specially for the tax prospective.
- Assist in all relative issue for real state tax relative to COCO stations.
- Assist in Coordinate the protocol for NON COOCO station with real state tax authority on central basis.
- Assist in Follow the inspection required for the custom authority if any.
- Monitor the Transfer Pricing process
- Assisting the Country Tax Manager-Compliance Manager in any relevant topic
- Assisting the Country Tax Manager in sharing tax alerts in case of new major tax regulation.
- Participate in preparation of international tax relevant matters (TP-Tax Treaty
- BEPS-MTI)
- Constructing all the tax payments for each month.
- Uploading all the tax returns for each month.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 6 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tax accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, EA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
