Responsibilities include, but at not limited to recruitment, interviews, employee orientations, employee terminations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution. There is great opportunity to develop and refine the HR systems in a startup like Vultara. We’re eager to find a human resources specialist who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of our global workforce. **Responsibilities** - Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes - Connect with universities and training camps to set up recruitment pipeline - Plan, implement, and attend recruiting events in universities and institutions - Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation - Prepare new employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs - Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations in multiple countries by conducting investigations and maintaining records - Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building - Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision **Required skills and qualifications** - 1 year of **post-university** experience in human resources or employee recruitment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset - Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Pay: From E£10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Which word(s)/sentence(s) are highlighted in the job description? **Experience**: - post-university: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English FLUENTLY (preferred)
