What you’ll achieve
As a Program Management Advisor in the TSB Engineering Operations team, you will drive the development and implementation of business operations processes and activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage Commodity & Budget Management and the lifecycle of Procurement Orders.

This position requires extensive cross-functional coordination, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to formulate issues and recommendations clearly. Attention to detail, project management skills, and a highly organized, process-focused mind are required to manage priorities and deliverables. You will be a key part of a team making a difference to how we execute our budget in Telecom Systems Business Engineering.

You will:

- Manage complex equipment orders in various systems, to ensure quoting, ordering, delivery, and payment are effectively met, Managing and driving key documentation requirements, working with Engineers and PMs, to meet operational goals.
- Develop procurement strategies & drive operational improvements, taking into account the marketplace and the needs of the TSB Engineering team.
- Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalation, Maintaining communications across a broad range of stakeholder groups
- Be prepared to assume responsibility over management of complex equipment orders for building out Engineering Labs including

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience

Ability and willingness to learn, change, and adapt

Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload, Results-driven, and accountable to achieve a common goal in a collaborative environment

Comfortable in working with ambiguity and an environment focused on change management, Working on tasks where facts may be incomplete or in a form not readily usable, where further follow up is necessary to define project needs and proceed

Team player, enjoys working with a broad network of individuals from a wide array of backgrounds while being comfortable with, and responsible to, work remotely and independently

Desirable Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with procurement or purchasing activities is advantageous

Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, or other analysis or Program Management tools
