**What You’ll Do**:

- Solve Complex Challenges: Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving critical technical issues.

**Requirements**:
Who You Are
You’re a seasoned Python expert with a passion for leading teams and solving complex problems:

- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Framework Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
- Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully leading technical teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Cloud-Savvy: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems effectively.
- Collaborator and Communicator: Exceptional communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Bonus Points**:

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
