**The Hybrid Cloud Technical Lead**plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure cloud solutions. This role emphasizes expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure Arc, SCCM, Citrix and others, to create a cohesive and efficient hybrid infrastructure. By leveraging these technologies, the Hybrid Cloud Technical Lead ensures seamless operations, scalability, and alignment with business objectives, all while maintaining robust compliance and governance.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role leads efforts to implement innovative solutions, resolve complex hybrid cloud challenges, and foster a culture of technical excellence. The Hybrid Cloud Technical Lead ensures that hybrid infrastructure operations support critical business needs and drive continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Lead hybrid cloud operations**: Oversee the integration and optimization of hybrid environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, security and the seamless coexistence of on-premises and cloud resources.
- **Coordinate implementation hybrid technologies**: Drive the deployment of key Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure Arc, SCCM and others, ensuring robust operational performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Drive the implementation and support of the Citrix DaaS/Azure Virtual Desktop environment, ensuring robust operational performance and alignment with business requirements.
- **Optimize server management**: Establish and maintain efficient server configuration management practices using Azure Arc or SCCM and related tools to enhance consistency and compliance.
- **Resolve hybrid cloud challenges**:Provide hands-on technical leadership to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the hybrid cloud environment, such as system outages, performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and configuration complexities.
- **Ensure governance and compliance**: Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure hybrid environments adhere to internal governance, security policies, and regulatory standards, including monitoring and auditing.
- **Enable automation in hybrid operations**: Implement and maintain automated processes for provisioning, monitoring, and incident resolution to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- **Collaborate across teams**:Partner with Cloud Architects & Engineers, local DWT & IT teams, and business stakeholders to align hybrid operations with organizational goals and to ensure hybrid cloud infrastructure meets security standards, and operational performance goals.
- **Foster operational excellence**: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of operations and implementing best practices for hybrid cloud operations.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Arc and SCCM.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix DaaS for hybrid virtual desktop solutions.

- 3. Automation of operational tasks
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure Arc, SCCM, or other automation tools.
- Ability to implement automated provisioning, monitoring, and incident resolution to enhance operational efficiency.
- 4. Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex hybrid cloud issues, including performance bottlenecks, system outages, and security vulnerabilities.
- Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime.
- 5. Governance, Compliance & Security
- Expertise in implementing governance frameworks for hybrid cloud environments.
- Ensuring compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, ITIL).
- Strong understanding of hybrid identity management, access controls, and monitoring.
- 6. Operational Efficiency & Performance Monitoring
- Experience with Dynatrace or other monitoring tools to proactively manage hybrid cloud performance.
- Ability to optimize hybrid workflows to improve scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- 7. Collaboration & Leadership
- Strong ability to work with Architects, SREs, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
