**Purpose of the Job**:
At Orange Egypt, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Decision Support Senior Supervisor to play a key role in driving financial excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing various technology cost elements, identifying opportunities to optimize the cost structure, and providing valuable insights that influence strategic decisions. Your expertise will help us manage the departments budget effectively, ensuring that we stay on track while uncovering new opportunities for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the technology planning team to gather and validate budget input.
- Challenge budget assumptions and ensure accuracy in forecasting and cost allocation.
- Partner with the technology department to discuss assumptions and identify key risks and opportunities in cost lines.
- Submitting and reviewing cost templates with the budgeting and analysis team for effective planning.
- Work closely with the Finance Operations team to validate accruals and ensure financial accuracy.
- Analyze technology cost lines and identify variances from the budget, providing clear insights into discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the technology team to discuss variance analysis, understand the reasons behind deviations, and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide in-depth technology cost variance analysis during the Flash Call, CBC, and the monthly Finance Pack to support leadership decision-making.
- Track CAPEX projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities to keep projects on budget.
- Validate purchase committee documents and business cases to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform sensitivity and what-if analyses to forecast financial outcomes under various scenarios.
- Track savings to budget and report on the impact of cost-saving initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in finance, Planning, budgeting, or decision support in Large Corporations
- Proficiency in Finance, CMA, PowerBI, and SQL, with a strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of PowerBI and SQL.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial processes in a telecom environment.
- Advanced analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making.
