**About the team**

**What you’ll do**
- Act as the first point of contact to answer all business data queries
- Support with creating key business metrics and analyses that powers business decisions
- support the analytics arm of the Regional Partnership Team, with a focus on automation that brings efficiencies to new / existing processes across all regions Careem operates in
- focus on structuring the data and translate it into insights in clear, concise, and actionable presentations/reports/tables to guide business decisions
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and questions and find innovative ways to answer those through data analysis
- Optimize & automate queries that feed into dashboards and reports to bring efficiencies into day-to-day analytics requests
- Present appropriate analysis and commentary to technical and non-technical audience
- Run regular data integrity audits
- Build operational relationships with internal stakeholders by assisting and coordinating with the needed sections of the company
- Ability to complete operational activities on time and resolve operational concerns and problems

**What you’ll need**
- 2-3 years of work experience in an analytics roles in a high-growth tech start-up or similar data-heavy, product environment
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience with business intelligence and visualization tools creating management dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and a passion to work with large sets of data
- Ability to structure / source data into data warehouse, and automate processes that support business
- Ability to translate and communicate data into simple conclusions and business actions
- Excitement to get your hands dirty and conduct analysis yourself when needed
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dedicated and proactive
- Must be process oriented and a logical thinker with good attention to detail
- Conversant in Sheets/Slides (MS/Google environments)
- Proficient in Tableau and SQL
- Experience working with dimensional data, data lakes is a plus
