Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Salesforce Developer on behalf of one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain Salesforce database
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform changes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards when needed.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems, products, certificates and integrations.
- Designing Salesforce hierarchy, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, public groups and permission sets
- Perform Data Migration Tasks when needed

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator or similar role
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Platform, products, and development best practices.
- Experience with Apex Code, Visualforce, Salesforce Declarative Tools, and LWCs.
- Experience with Salesforce API and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as “Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II” are a plus.
