Fundraising Advisor

Develop and refine the comprehensive fundraising blueprint for the Nitrous Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and impact objectives.
- Create and implement a robust fundraising strategy that identifies, targets, and engages potential donors, foundations, and partners to support the project.
- Write and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding from international donors and foundations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international donors, ensuring clear communication, reporting, and engagement.
- Track the progress of fundraising efforts, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, including detailed reports on funding secured and donor engagement.
- Work closely with program and operations teams to ensure alignment between project objectives and fundraising initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for funding and partnerships with organizations, investors, and philanthropic institutions.
- Ensure all funding efforts meet regulatory and organizational requirements, and provide clear accurate financial and narrative reports to donors.

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive writing and presenting ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and donors are engaged effectively.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with the social impact sector and technology-related projects.
- Experience managing or contributing to the blueprint development of innovative projects, and proposal writingPrevious involvement in fundraising for similar projects (e.g., social entrepreneurship, community empowerment).
- Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor management, particularly with international donors.
- Strong understanding of the fundraising landscape and proven ability to secure donations and grants.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
