**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilites**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database to introduce and promote Nagwa services to potential customers with the goal of generating sales.
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Nagwa services, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers to identify new opportunities and to increase profit margins.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns or objections, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives with a professional and prompt manner to ensure all inquiries are answered successfully.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as building rapport, highlighting product advantages, and overcoming objections, to persuade customers and close sales.
- Executing the full sales cycle to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations.
- Record and update customer information, interactions, and sales details in a CRM system or database accurately in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales scripts to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Qualifications and Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Arabic
- Proficient in English
