Responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing all maintenance contracts, managing resources, setting priorities, maintaining good customer relations, and assisting in the corrective/ preventive maintenance requests.
- Maintain and manage the relationship with clients, opening channels for new business opportunities; renewal of maintenance contracts and acquiring new maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with and guide the presales team in any projects pertaining warranty contracts throughout their process in terms of pricing, vendor selection and negotiation, selecting and designing the suitable solution.
- Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB’s offering in warranty services.
- Submits the yearly plan for the maintenance department including the budget, the resources, the development, and the targets (responsibility to enhance maintenance annual revenues).
- To maintain the minimum spare stock that cover the maintenance contract and keep track of it for the reorder level.
- Keeps track of the monthly invoicing plan according to the client’s contract terms and conditions. The maintenance admin should assist in producing the invoice requests on the system.
- Keeps track of the clients’ contracts renewals 3 months before expiration. He should send a renewal proposal to the clients.
- Manage all service activities provided for clients during warranty and annual maintenance contracts.
- Monitor business and quality aspects of all technical services and maintenance contracts provided to clients.
- Solve all client problems and follow-up on the status of the services provided to clients maintaining solid relationships with the clients.
- Manage the call handling activities for service calls received from clients.
- Quote for new maintenance contracts and required Spare parts to the new and current clients
- Allocate the suitable resources to resolve the technical complaints and fulfill the required technical activities through maintenance Team Leaders according to the workload assigned to each team.
- Verifies Performance Evaluations are being performed on technical work force by his/her direct report. Also continuously develop the maintenance team and recommends the necessary trainings.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English
**Technical Skills**:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Low current systems
- Plus 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Fire alarm,firefighting and physical security including (access control,road blockers,bollard and barriers, CCTV, intrusion)
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
- Excellent knowledge about SLA terms
**Education**:
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Low current systems
