**Why we’re seeking for a Sales representative**:
As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will play a critical role in converting leads to our customers. If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle a large number of calls
- Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
- Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)**:

- 1+ years of experience in sales
- High-speed internet connection
- Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (**4 pm - 1 am Egypt Time**)
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
