- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new markets scouting initiatives
- Monitor and track performance of market development activities and provide regular reports and insights to management
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to guide business decisions

- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
