**IT Manager** for one of our partners, an international education platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, in line with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the company's technology systems are secure, stable, and reliable.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure that IT expenses are within budget.
- Ensure that the company's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, as necessary.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a startup.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team and able to lead and make final decision
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
