**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making within P&T.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements.
- Assist product teams in transitioning towards self-service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision-making. In contrast, the analytics team focuses on advanced analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, and other strategic initiatives.
- Work directly with decision-makers and product team directors to understand their analytical needs, provide guidance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Create KPIs from scratch for product teams, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure data integrity, implement tracking solutions, and optimize data pipelines for efficient analysis.

**Requirements/Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the software industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
