**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor the progress of construction works and report any deviations from the project schedule.
- Ensure that all materials, construction methods, and workmanship meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections of construction work at different stages and make sure it adheres to engineering standards and building codes.
- Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed on-site to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of all workers.
- Manage and supervise the construction labor force, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work completed, materials used, and manpower deployed.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges or problems, such as delays, design issues, or resource shortages.

**Qualifications**:

- Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience.
