Job Scope, Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivers packaging development at innovation and cost saving projects for B&W categories and would be a key member of the project teams.
- Generates and executes the cost saving projects.
- Supports marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain departments for the packaging related activities
- Responsible for mould development and qualification to ensure packaging fit for purpose
- Building and maintaining relations with existing & new suppliers and developing them
- Following, inspecting, evaluating the new packagings, technologies in the market and competitors portfolio.
- Supporting related company functions to solve packaging related Supply Chain manufacturing issues, Quality issues and consumer complaints
- Leading execution of tests & trials at laboratory or full factory scale and reporting of test & trial outcomes
- Contributing to risk assessment and executing risk management plans for projects

Role requirements:
Required qualifications and experience: Minimum 3 years experience in R&D packaging development department (preferably Personal Care)

Professional Skills: Knowledge and basic technical competence about packaging technologies of rigid plastic (especially injection molding, blow molding), self adhesive labels, corrugated and cartons.

Competencies:

- Must have functional computer skills,
- Able to use English fluently and accurately to participate international project team meetings and managing regional projects in another countries.
- Must have flexibility and ability to manage during changes at projects
- Must be able to manage multiple projects & tight timelines
